Thinking about teeth whitening in Manchester? Here’s the straight version. Professional whitening genuinely works, home kits and social-media hacks mostly don’t, and the results depend far more on the system and supervision than on the price. Enlighten is a combined home-and-clinic system, and that pairing is why it’s so consistent. First we take a mould of your teeth so the lab can make tailored whitening trays that fit snugly. You also get a special toothpaste that strengthens enamel before you start.
Once your trays arrive, you wear them with the whitening gel each night for around two weeks, at home, while you get on with your evening. After that you come back to the clinic for a final in-chair treatment that locks in the shade.

Not all whitening is equal, so here’s how the main routes compare.
In-practice whitening is quick and great before an event. Professional home trays give a strong, gradual lift you control. Enlighten combines both for the most reliable outcome. Shop-bought kits sit at the bottom for a reason.
Let’s talk about the stuff that doesn’t do much. Charcoal pastes, whitening chewing gum, and viral kitchen mixtures either do nothing or, worse, wear away enamel and leave teeth more sensitive. What works is a proper concentration of whitening gel, applied in trays made for your teeth, under the eye of a dental professional. That’s it. The magic isn’t a secret ingredient, it’s the right product used correctly and safely.

All the staff in the practice were Lovley and super welcoming. And everything I needed was always posted out to me and they were super accommodating as I live quite far from the practise.
