If you’re faced with the loss of a full arch of teeth, it can be devastating. We really do take our teeth for granted, and we often don’t realise how they benefit us until they’re gone.
In the past, losing this many teeth would mean your only option would be dentures. But not anymore. Full Arch Implant Therapy has revolutionised the world of dental prosthetics, allowing you to replace all of your teeth and anchor them in place using just four implants. All of this can be achieved in just one day.
Dental implants differ from other replacement tooth options because they provide you with a titanium root structure that supports your new crown.
If you were to replace a full row of teeth with implants, this would not only be very expensive, but it would also require a lot of implants and a lot of healing time. But thankfully, there’s another way.
Full Arch Implant therapy lets you replace the full arch using just four titanium implants. These are skillfully placed at such an angle that the implants will provide excellent stability.
The front two implants will be placed vertically, while two posts further back will be angled at around 45-degrees. Together, these implants will sustain the force transmitted to the jaw by an entire bridge or denture.

We’ll start the process with a consultation. Here, we’ll assess your suitability for the procedure and discuss the costs and payment plans available. We’ll then carry out a CT scan and create a treatment plan.
We’ll go through this with you, and once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll book you in for your first appointment.
During your first appointment, we’ll remove any teeth that need to come out before placing your implants. Our skilful dental technicians will create a provisional set of teeth, which we’ll fit later that day. While these are temporary placements, they’re designed to appear natural and function like the real thing.

A few months later, our technicians will have made perfect permanent teeth that we’ll fit once we’re happy that your implants have fused with your jaw.

I cannot recommend Dr Kailesh Solanki enough! He is absolutely amazing! I have never liked my smile it was very gummy and looked uneven, but today I had crown lengthening surgery, the difference is unbelievable! Dr Kailesh Solanki made me feel very welcome and relaxed and talked me through every step! I can’t wait to be fully healed! By far the best dentist I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend to anybody! All of the reception staff are great, especially Gabby who always made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in, always smiling, talked me through any paper work and set me up as a patient there on the dental plan.
All of the staff are brilliant and a special shout out to Chloe my hygienist and Vicci, who took care of my whitening treatment who were absolutely amazing!
