Crooked, overcrowded, gappy, and protruding teeth are not something you need to live with. Not only will issues associated with the position of your teeth have a negative impact on your self-esteem, but there are also several dental complications that go hand-in-hand with such malocclusions.
Misaligned teeth are at greater risk of tooth decay as they can be harder to clean. Certain alignment issues can also impact your jaw, causing considerable discomfort and pain.
But we get it. Braces aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. For that reason, we offer Invisalign; the world-famous clear aligner system.
The Invisalign process starts with a consultation. Here, here we’ll discuss what you’d like to achieve from the treatment and take digital images and impressions of your teeth so we can see what’s possible.
Using this information, we’ll be able to map out a clear treatment plan. We’ll also send off all the information we’ve gathered to the lab, where your first aligners will be made.
Once ready, we’ll give you your made-to-measure aligners. These are specifically tailored to make subtle changes to the position of your teeth. They do this by exerting slight pressure across them which will gently move them to where we’d like them to go.
You’ll need to wear your aligners for as much of the day and night as possible; however, you can take them out to eat or brush your teeth. Throughout your treatment, we’ll give you a new set of aligners every couple of weeks. Each set will be ever-so-slightly different to the last set. Each one will help us take your teeth that extra bit closer to being perfectly straight.

I had my teeth whitened and some bonding on a few of my my teeth to even out my smile and I was so happy with the results! Dr Sat, was amazing and really put me at ease. Super professional, friendly and very helpful. Providing advise and guidance when I needed it and giving me all my options. The reception staff were super lovely and made every visit a joy! I usually hate the dentist but I enjoyed every visit and I won’t be going anywhere else from now one!

I cannot recommend Dr Kailesh Solanki enough! He is absolutely amazing! I have never liked my smile it was very gummy and looked uneven, but today I had crown lengthening surgery, the difference is unbelievable! Dr Kailesh Solanki made me feel very welcome and relaxed and talked me through every step! I can’t wait to be fully healed! By far the best dentist I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend to anybody! Kat has been instrumental in planning my treatment, ensuring I saw the right consultant at the right time. I obtained my treatment through a Charity Auction, where Kiss Dental Altrincham donated their services. In doing this, the team helped under privileged children. They are truly wonderful. I cannot recommend KissDental enough! My experience with them has been absolutely amazing and still continues to be. All the staff are wonderful, Kat is always so welcoming. Dr Dashtgard did a great job and has given me a huge boost of confidence. Despite the 40-minute journey to get to Altrincham, I will be continuing with my regular appointments with Chloe and Omid, it is definitely worth it. My favourite dental practice ever!
I had the best experience with kiss dental I chose dr Callum Coombs and he did an amazing job with my composite veneers I couldn’t be happier. I for one have always been scared of the dentist but from start to finish the whole experience was nothing but 10/10. I would highly recommend. All the staff in the practice were Lovley and super welcoming. And everything I needed was always posted out to me and they were super accommodating as I live quite far from the practise.
Fantastic practice! I was greeted by Sarah, Gabby and Shelbie who were all very welcoming and made sure I was seen promptly. Reza and Caitlyn carried out the dental procedure diligently and efficiently. Great experience, highly recommend to those putting off their visit to the dentists!

Your Bespoke Invisalign Treatment
As everyone’s needs are different, we’ll create a completely bespoke treatment plan that carefully plots every point your teeth need to pass through in their journey to the perfect position.
Because every malocclusion is different, the number of aligners you’ll need and the overall length of your treatment may vary. In some cases, we can make the desired changes in as little as six months. Most people start to see the difference Invisalign makes quite early in their treatment.
Depending on the severity of your issues, we may suggest:
Following on from your Invisalign treatment, we may ask you to wear a retainer. These stop your teeth from sliding back to their old position and should be worn at night. Again, the use of retainers is different in every case, and we’ll let you know how long you’ll need to wear one once we’ve worked out your specific treatment plan.
