Freya Milnes

Freya is a Dental Therapist who is passionate about delivering
gentle, high-quality care that helps patients achieve healthy,
confident smiles. She qualified from the University of Leeds in
2020 and has since gained extensive experience in private practice, developing a particular interest in preventative and aesthetic
dentistry.

Freya provides a full range of hygiene and therapy treatments,
including professional hygiene appointments, cosmetic restorations,
periodontal care, fillings, children’s dentistry, and personalised oral
health education. She is especially passionate about modern,
minimally invasive approaches that prioritise prevention, comfort,
and long-term oral health.

Alongside her clinical work, Freya is actively involved in dental
education. She has delivered talks to dental students at the
University of Leeds and King’s College London, sharing her
experience of working within modern private practice. She
regularly undertakes postgraduate training to ensure she remains
at the forefront of developments in dentistry.

Freya is known for her calm, friendly, and reassuring manner. She
takes time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns and tailors
treatment to their individual needs. She particularly enjoys helping
nervous patients feel at ease and empowering patients with the
knowledge and tools to maintain excellent oral health at home.
Outside the clinic, Freya enjoys travelling, Pilates and going to the
gym.

dentistry as a rewarding career and encouraging positive oral
